GUEST GUIDES FROM A TO Z

Linens
Linen is changed weekly but clean linen is provided daily upon request.
Please let our staff know your wishes.

Cot
A baby cot is available on request for guests traveling with children.
Please contact reception upon request.

Luggage storage
If you arrive early or depart late, we will keep your luggage in a safe place.

Smoking
Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms, so you are only allowed to smoke on the terrace or in the garden! Ashtrays can be requested at reception.

Arrival, registration
The accommodation is available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. The use of the room is possible after filling out the registration forms and handing them in at the reception.

Safe
We assume no liability for valuables. There is a safe with a lock in each room, the instruction manual is in the open safe! Please always keep your valuables locked! When leaving, please check if the safe is open!

Umbrellas are available upon request at reception.

Magazines, newspapers: you will find newspaper holders on the ground floor.

The bathrooms have a shower and toilet per room. There is liquid soap by the hand basin and shower bath-shampoo in the shower.

Cleaning
The rooms are cleaned daily between 8 am and 3 pm or at other times on request.

Phone
Please indicate your intention to make a call at reception where we will provide you with a portable device.

Towels
The bathrooms have one hand towel and one bath towel per person, which are changed at least every 3 days, but daily if requested.

Sewing kit
A sewing kit is available upon request at reception.

Sightseeing, hiking
The reception will be happy to provide you with program offers and other tourist information.
